Juárez & Associates fielded an education administration specialist to provide on-going technical assistance over a two-year period, including: training and working with MED management responsible for implementing organizational reform in the areas of objective setting, team building, supervision and planning. The project was funded by USAID under the Education and Human Resources Technical Support (EHRTS) Project.

Our specialists designed and implemented a series of training courses for upper management consisting of in-service training retreats, goal setting workshops and planning for anticipated donor assistance; and a workshop in project planning, control and evaluation for MED executive management. In addition, direct technical assistance was provided to the Minister of Education in his role as the chief executive enabling him to improve decision-making and policy information.
