Juárez & Associates, in collaboration with the Academy for Educational Development, is providing technical assistance in evaluation and bilingual education for the institutional strengthening of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports (MECD). The Nicaragua BASE project is designed to reduce repetition, increase the percentage of children completing the sixth grade, and improve the quality and efficiency of primary education among underserved youth.
