LAC Reads Capacity Program is a partnership of development organizations and governmental institutions, working regionally to inform a learning agenda on “what works” in improving early-grade reading outcomes in LAC countries with a USAID presence. J&A is working in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, organizing relevant knowledge and applying targeted technical assistance to improve the capacities of key stakeholders so that reading outcomes can be systematically and sustainably improved.
